1 Product description

INSULATION ENAMELLED COPPER WIRE QZY (HS:854411)is one kind of magnet wire which is consisted of bare round copper which accord
with EN 13601Cu-ETP standard as the conductor and multi-layer insulation layers. Copper wire has low electric resisitance, good
heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, easy to be processed and lead welded. It is
used to make the key components in the thermal overload relay, low resistance thermal circuit breaker, and the electrical
appliances. It is also an important material for electrical heating cable

2 Product Features

Superior resistance to heat shock, high mechanical strength. This enameled wire can be long- term operation at the high temperature below 180C 1) The resistivity of copper wire(≤0.017241Ωmm2/m) is lower than that of aluminum wire(≤0.028264Ωmm2/m), which leads to better conductivity of copper wire than aluminum wire. 2) The tensile strength of copper wire is 260N/mm2 ,much higher than that of aluminum wire 120N/mm2, so the Copper wire has better performance of paint scraping, Jerk off. The winding speed of copper wire is faster and not easy to break, which improves production efficiency.
